Unless told otherwise, we respectfully ask that plus-ones not be invited. We are intentionally keeping our wedding as intimate as we can, to be able to prioritize our time with our loved ones. We appreciate your understanding here. Please refer to your save the date and invitation envelope to confirm whether or not you are permitted to bring a guest.

We love all of our kiddos, but this event is reserved for adults only.

The Biltmore’s property has two hotel options. We are working on securing a discounted rate and this information will be available on the TRAVEL tab soon.

You may also choose to stay offsite. Whether you decide to stay at Asheville’s iconic Grove Park Inn or downtown to be able to explore Asheville during your free time, the area has plenty of options to fit your needs. If you choose to stay offsite, you will want to factor in enough time for driving onto the property - from the front gates to the estate, including parking and walking to the ceremony can be half an hour. Transportation will not be provided for offsite accommodations, so please factor in getting home safely.

We are working on determining the rest of our wedding weekend’s schedule.

The wedding ceremony will not begin until 6:30PM on Saturday. You should plan to be ready to depart from either on-site hotels by 6PM. Shuttles will run guests back to both hotels throughout the evening.

The ceremony will start at 6:30PM. Please plan on arriving around 6:15PM. This will ensure you are seated for the ceremony to begin and will also allow for some time for you to take photos in front of Biltmore House. If you are coming from offsite, you may want to ensure you are arriving at the entrance of the estate by 6PM, as it does take time to get through security, and is a decent drive from the front of the property.

Our wedding ceremony will be held outdoors on the front lawn of the estate. Our cocktail hour will be held outdoors on the back side of the home. Dinner and celebrating will be in a tented space with solid flooring.

We will provide further instructions on parking closer to the wedding date. You have the option of parking at either of the hotels on property or in one of the designated parking lots at Biltmore House and Gardens. Please check back closer to our wedding for further instructions.

Crisp fall air - please remember we are in the mountains, so it can get cooler late into the evening. Please keep careful watch on the weather closer to the date to prepare accordingly.
