We are finalizing additional details for the wedding weekend and will share updates as they become available.

The ceremony will begin at 6:30 PM on Saturday. Guests staying at the designated on-site hotels should plan to depart by 6:15 PM. Shuttle service will run throughout the evening to return guests to both hotels.

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 PM. We recommend arriving at 6:15 PM to allow time to be seated, enjoy a glass of champagne, and take a few photos in front of Biltmore House before the ceremony begins.

If you are traveling from offsite accommodations, please plan to arrive at the entrance of the Biltmore Estate by 6:00 PM, as there is security at the gate and additional drive time once inside the property.

This will be primarily an outdoor celebration. The ceremony will take place on the front lawn of the Biltmore Estate, followed by cocktail hour on the terrace of the home.

Dinner and dancing will be held in an open-air tent with solid flooring.

October in Asheville typically brings crisp fall air and beautiful mountain weather.

Evenings can become quite cool, especially in the mountains, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. As the date approaches, we encourage guests to check the forecast and plan accordingly.

We recommend wearing shoes you can comfortably walk in. Throughout the evening, you’ll encounter pavement, grass, stairs, and solid flooring — so choose wisely!

Heels are welcome… just make sure you’re ready for the adventure.
