The Residence Inn at 5:30pm, promptly leaving at 5:45pm

Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park at 6:00pm, promptly leaving at 6:15pm

Village Hotel at 6:00pm, promptly leaving at 6:15pm

The Inn on Biltmore at 6:10pm, promptly leaving at 6:20pm

Shuttles back to all hotels will start running at 11:00pm and continue running until the end of our reception.

For guests who may be driving, we recommend arriving to Biltmore by 6:15PM so that you can board the Biltmore shuttles from the parking lots to the front lawn where our ceremony will take place.

This will be primarily an outdoor celebration. The ceremony will take place on the front lawn of the Biltmore Estate, followed by cocktail hour on the terrace of the home.

Dinner and dancing will be held in an open-air tent with solid flooring.

October in Asheville typically brings crisp fall air and beautiful mountain weather.

Evenings can become quite cool, especially in the mountains, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. As the date approaches, we encourage guests to check the forecast and plan accordingly.

We recommend wearing shoes you can comfortably walk in. Throughout the evening, you’ll encounter pavement, grass, stairs, and solid flooring — so choose wisely!

Heels are welcome… just make sure you’re ready for the adventure.
